Chuck Schwiesow, co-owner of Porta-Painting for 40 years, proudly passed the torch to his daughter, Amanda Martin, in June of 2015 to succeed him as the majority owner and President of Porta-Painting. Chuck’s passion for helping his customers along with the unique important work that Porta-Painting performs has created a strong foundation for Amanda to build upon. Chuck’s knowledge of the industry, surface preparation and coatings continues to be a valuable asset to the Porta-Painting team.

Amanda graduated from the University Madison, Wisconsin in 2006 with a Business Management Degree and brought with her 7 years of management experience to Porta-Painting. Amanda’s commitment to excellence is evidenced through her involvement as a Management Trustee on the Painters Pension Fund and Trustee on the Pension Fund Eligibility Committee, Board Member on the Labor Management Cooperation Committee (LMCC), Vice President of Wisconsin Painting Contractors Association (WPCA), STAR Safety Committee Member for WPCA and International and local Member of the Association for Facility Engineers (AFE).
